This piece of work, is responding to the idea of maps, and my childhood. As I have always been interested in the beauty of maps, I wanted to create a piece of work which follows the idea of mapping my childhood memories, from the area in which in I grew up in. I wanted the work to reflect words and feelings that I felt about that certain location, and I also wanted that playful element in the work, which was what my childhood was about.
